- Parking
There are parking spots at the Issaquah State Salmon Hatchery. Parking in the Landsburg Park is available on the left and right sides of the road.
- When to Go
Any time of year (Fall is the best season to see lots of salmons. They usually return between late August and mid-October)
- Things to Do
Stroll around the facilities, participate in the guided tours, see the returning salmons, etc.
- Tips
1) The Salmon Days festival is on the first weekend of October each year. If you want to avoid crowds, visit the Issaquah State Salmon Hatchery before or after the festival weekend.
2) There are 5 salmon viewing spots in the Cedar River Salmon Journey program. Please see the flyer for more information.
3) 40 minute tours up to the dam are provided at the Landsburg Park and Dam. It starts inside the gate.
