Go Strollers !!

[August in Seattle] Summer in Snoqualmie Falls

  • Distance and Travel Time (from downtown Seattle): 28.6 miles (34 min)
  • Trip Type: Outing
  • Parking
Parking is available across the street from the Upper Park of Snoqualmie Falls (East Parking). You can park here and cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the fall viewpoint. More parking is available in the Lower Park as well.
  • When to Go
Any time of year (Good park to enjoy year round but can be chilly on windy days in winter and spring)
  • Things to Do
Stroll along the trail, see the waterfall, hydropower plant, and wild flowers and relaxing on the grassy areas(picnics, etc.).
  • Tips
The 0.7 mile trail that connects the Lower Park and Upper Park is fairly easy making it a good hike for the whole family. Go early and start from the Lower Park (going uphill) so the way back (downhill) is easier.
