Go Strollers !!

[Short Trip to Vancouver BC, April] Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver BC, Canada

  • Distance and Travel Time (from downtown Seattle): 148.0 miles (2h 34m)
  • Trip Type: Day trip or Overnight trip
  • When to Go
Any time of year (a sunny weekend or the kids’ spring break can be a good time to go)
  • Things to Do
Explore the forest, cross the suspension bridge, stroll along the cliff, collect stamps at each station, etc.
  • Tips
    1) There are blank spaces on the side of the map where the kids can press a stamp from each landmark as they explore the park. The stamps are good motivation for the kids to continue exploring. After collecting all 6 stamps, they can get an “I Made It” certificate from Guest Services.
    2) The Capilano Suspension Bridge is a half day event (takes about 3 hours to look around every area on the map) so making plans to visit another site such as Granville Island afterwards is possible.
